The UK had one of its most spectacular summers in 2013, and we went on a short weekend trip to Weymouth to make the most of the beautiful weather. Weymouth is renowned for its sandy beaches and awesome coastline, which earned it official host status for the Olympic Games sailing events.
On our way to Weymouth we spotted a hilltop that overlooked the coastline – it offered some dazzling spots for photos.

A lovely Sunday afternoon during this past summer. The sun is shining. People are out on the docks soaking up the warmth, taking a stroll, enjoying water-sports or simply feeling the grass under their bare feet.

If you’ve ever lived in London, then this comes as no surprise: a beautiful British Summer day spent in Regent’s Park is a true pleasure. Lovers, families and good friends all gather around for picnics, a stroll, or simply enjoying the sunshine. Frisbees, Pimm’s and your pug are considered a must!

This is a one year long project for our self-taken pre-wedding photos.
As most couples do these days, we hired a photographer to do a one-day pre-wedding shoot, so that we could have beautiful pictures to share with friends and family on our big day. However, being a photo perfectionist, a one-day shoot in London simply wasn’t enough to celebrate my 15-year relationship with my wife.
So that’s how this long photographic project about my wife, Eva, and me began. It started a year before our wedding, and we made countless weekend trips to our favourite spots in London and the UK during that time. We went with a theme of beaches for Summer, leaves for Autumn, Christmas decorations and snow for Winter, then, lastly, city shots and gardens for Spring.
One camera, a tripod and lots of ingenuity are what it took to create these photos…
Here is a taster selection from our mega project!

Ching and Keith are a lovely couple. Very confident, yet extremely down-to-earth and full of fun. It was an absolute honour to photograph them.
Wedding Day took place at the Westminster Register Office in London in November. The pillars and the stairs naturally formed a classy venue for the day, especially for the private portrait sessions.
